BRUSH CHIPPER POLICY FOR RESIDENTIAL PICKUP
Brush will be picked up the second Wednesday of each month. Residents MUST call the Borough Office to arrange pickup and must call at least three days prior to actual pickup date. Bundles of brush must be tied and no larger than 4’in length and 4” in diameter will be accepted. All brush must be placed at the curb.

CHRISTMAS TREE PICKUP
Trees will be picked up the first and second Thursday of January-weather permitting. Place trees at curbside by 7:30 a.m. All trimmings (including tinsel) must be removed. No plastic bags will be accepted.

LEAF PICKUP
Leaves will be picked by the Borough crew Tuesday mornings during the month of November. NO garbage, shrubbery or brush will be accepted. Leaves must be bagged and placed at curbside before 7:30 a.m. Bags NO larger than 40 gallons will be accepted so one man can load them.

ANNUAL COMMUNITY-WIDE YARD SALE
The Borough will advertise the event. “Yard Sale” signs MUST be removed the day following the sale–THIS INCLUDES SIGNS FOR ALL YARD SALES THROUGHOUT THE SEASON. If your sign is not removed, you will be cited for non-compliance of the Littering Ordinance No. 167.

PAVILION RENTAL
Pavilion rental is available for reunions, birthday parties etc. at the Grove Community Park. Electricity is available in some pavilions. Please contact the Borough Office for rates and availability. Refunds for cancellations or rain will NOT be provided. Grove Park is open from dawn to dusk between April and September. Flemington Borough and Keystone Central School District join together each summer season to bring the Recreation Program to children in the Borough. The program is free and open to all children residing in the Borough.

OFF-STREET PARKING DURING THE WINTER SEASON
Our Borough residents have cooperated during the past few bad snow storms by moving their vehicles off the street; thus enabling employees to clear the streets from curb to curb. We do try to clean the streets back to the curb line, but a major problem arises when vehicles are parked on the street. We are asking for your continued cooperation in parking your vehicles off the street during the snow removal season.

HAULING OF STONE FOR OFF-STREET PARKING
The Borough crew will haul stone for Borough residents for off-street parking. A $10 surcharge for fuel will be charged and a maximum of two loads is permitted. Payment arrangements for the stone must be made prior to hauling. Contact the Borough Office to make the necessary arrangements.
